Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our unique pieces. While every effort is made to ensure your satisfaction, we understand that occasional issues may arise. If you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 10 days of receipt, providing clear photos of the issue. We'll promptly offer an exchange for a replacement of equal value or a refund if a replacement isn't available we will offer you a refund. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges without a valid reason are not accepted. We encourage thorough consideration of product details before purchase to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of faulty items or errors on our part. Refunds, issued within 10 days of receiving the returned item, will be credited to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable shipping charges.
